Once the customer has communicated their wishes, we typically develop a 3D model to visualize our concepts and assess their feasibility before moving forward.

When the customer’s needs are fully understood and we’ve aligned on the best technical solution, we prepare a tailored quotation outlining the proposed approach and costs.

After the order is confirmed, we provide the theoretical models and drawings. If needed, our team will come on board to 3D-scan the surroundings. These precise measurements allow us to develop accurate and efficient production models.

After the final models are approved, our production begins. Using a CAD/CAM-driven process, we ensure accuracy and consistency throughout. At key stages and upon completion, there is always room for inspection, helping us to seamlessly prepare for installation.

After completing the production process and a successful inspection, many of our products need to be installed onboard. Using the precise references we created during the measurement phase, we are able to carry out installations quickly and efficiently. This ensures a perfect fit and smooth integration of our products on every vessel.

Our philosophy is to minimize the need for service as much as possible. This approach begins already in the concept phase. Our products are thoughtfully designed and built to last, with careful consideration for any potential service requirements along the way.
